J&M claims to be a trustable firm while presenting neither details about its company office address and regulation, nor legal documents (terms & conditions, risk disclosure, privacy policy, etc.). Lacking such information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their accreditation and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag here. Downloading its official MT4 trading platform, we found this broker located in Canada. So we searched in the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) but found no matching results to J&M. That means J&M is an approved broker in Canada. The truth is that J&M is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
