JDFX
We checked JDFX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2025) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
JDFX claims to have been established in 2012 and is operated by JD Capital Financial Group Ltd, based in New Zealand. It states that it is registered as a New Zealand Financial Service Provider. While we have verified that this company does appear in the Financial Service Providers Register, several critical concerns have been identified. First, the registration does not list any associated website domains, making it impossible to confirm the legitimacy of JDFX platform. Second, and more importantly, the record indicates that JDFX does not hold license to provide retail financial services. Many of the listed financial services under this registration are marked as "cancelled." It is crucial to understand that FSP registration in New Zealand is not a licensing or regulatory approval. Being registered does not mean the firm is regulated or supervised by a New Zealand authority. JDFX itself acknowledges this on its website, stating that it only offers services to clients residing outside New Zealand or to New Zealand residents who qualify as "Wholesale Investors." The platform explicitly notes that its FSP registration does not imply regulatory oversight. Additionally, JDFX holds no licenses or regulatory authorization from any other reputable financial authority globally. Therefore, we should mark this platform as a fraudulent operation.
