What we found

Jumper Capital claims it is a reliable platform with guaranteed regulations. According to the information on its page, it insists on complying with stricter regulations than the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), but gives no more specific license information and supervision documents. To help verify wether it is really regulated, BrokersView started a conversation with the broker, and it sid it is regulated by the ASIC, so we checked with its name on ASIC AFSL registers, the ASIC-supervised brokers’ list, but found no results, and there is only a company named JUMPER INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL PTY LTD showed as an AFS representative register. There is no material that can prove the Jumper Capital has any connections with JUMPER INTERNATIONAL CAPITAL PTY LTD. These proofs make it clear: Jumper Capital is actually not regulated or registered by any financial regulator. That means investors' funds in the broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Jumper Capital Ltd.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
