Why it’s flagged
What we found
Kapital RS’s website discloses that the company is regulated solely by the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia and is authorised only to provide investment advisory, research, and corporate consulting services. This authorisation does not permit Kapital RS to operate as a CFD broker, execute trades, or accept client deposits. The website references the Fortrade brand, which is regulated by the FCA (UK), ASIC (Australia), and FSC (Mauritius). However, Kapital RS explicitly states that it provides only technical support and marketing services to these entities and is not authorised or regulated by these financial authorities. Accordingly, Kapital RS, as the domain owner, should not be considered a regulated CFD brokerage. Any CFD trading services would be provided by the relevant Fortrade entity, not by Kapital RS Investors should verify the contracting entity before engaging.
