Besides, Kerford Investments shows two company addresses in the Republic of Panama and Jakarta, Indonesia. But please be informed that both the above countries have no regulatory body that regulates entities engaging in forex services. What's more, it needs to be mentioned that we found a regulated firm named "Kerford Investments (UK) Limited", which is authorized and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with only the authorized domain "www.kerford.co.uk." The two companies are very similar in both company name and domain, so please pay attention to distinguish them carefully before investing. The truth is that Kerford Investments is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
