⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Kraem Forex against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ Offshore / shell registration⚑ False or fabricated claims
Named in relation to ASIC (Australia)Named in relation to FCA (UK)Named in relation to NFA (U.S.)

What we found

Kraem Forex claims it was established in 2002. But when we checked its domain, we found it was newly created on 2 Mar 2022. So how could it start its business in 2002? It is using false statements to increase its credibility. It is a red flag here. Besides, Kraem Forex claims it is headquartered in London, with direct branches in the United States, Vanuatu, and Sydney, Australia, and has obtained financial services qualifications and is regulated by local financial institutions. So we did some searching in relevant authorities, including: 1) The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); 2) The US National Futures Association (NFA); 3) The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC); 4) The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). However, we did not find any match results to Kraem Forex in the above watchdogs' registry. That means Kraem Forex is actually not regulated by any regulators. Investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Kraem Forex.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
