LTM SV

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked LTM SV against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration

What we found

Following an investigation, BCS Markets changed its name to LTM SV, claiming to be currently operated by LTM SV LLC. The broker has not displayed any regulatory or licensing information before or since, and only claims to be registered in St Vincent. Although we found LTM SV LLC in the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (FSA) registry, please note that this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. Furthermore, the SVG FSA has publicly stated that it neither regulates nor licences forex trading activities. LTM SV also does not appear to be authorised by any recognised regulator to carry out trading activities, which makes it highly risky. Therefore, we label LTM SV as a scam to remind investors to pay attention to the relevant risks.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report LTM SV.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
