Maddex Capital

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Maddex Capital against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

What we found

Maddex Capital claims to be owned and operated by MaddexCapital, a worldwide trading brand while presenting neither details about its company office address and regulations, nor any details that can be used to trace this broker. Lacking such important information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always present their certificates and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag here. Besides, Maddex Capital shows two tel numbers respectively belonging to the United Kingdom and Australia. As per relevant law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the above two countries have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). However, we did not find any match results to this broker in the above two regulators' registries. The truth is, Maddex Capital is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Maddex Capital.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
