Moden Markets

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Moden Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed
Named in relation to NFA (U.S.)

What we found

Moden Markets claims to be a regulated broker under double regulation including the Financial Commission (FinaCom) and the United States National Futures Association (NFA). But the FinaCom is not an authority that issue licenses for forex trading or regulate forex services. Moreover, we searched the NFA and found a matching result. However, Moden Markets is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an approved NFA member. That means Moden Markets is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Moden Markets.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
