MondFX
We checked MondFX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2024) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
According to its website, it is regulated by Saint Lucia and its address is in the UAE. It is worth noting that Saint Lucia does not have foreign exchange regulatory authority. In addition, upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE). In essence, MondFX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. MondFX appears to be a scam.
