MoonTrade PRO
We checked MoonTrade PRO against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
MoonTrade PRO claims to be owned and operated by Moon Trading Ltd, a company registered with the Companie House of the United Kingdom (CH) and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of the United Kingdom. We indeed find match results to Moon Trading Ltd in CH and FCA. But as per the regulatory information shown on FCA, the registered email address of the licensed company is "moontradinglimited@gmail.com" instead of the one used by MoonTrade PRO. What's more, the regulated Moon Trading Ltd is only regulated as a Payment Services Directive Agent. That means even the regulated firm is not under valid regulations to provide forex services or products, not to mention MoonTrade PRO. The truth is, MoonTrade PRO is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
