MSFG

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked MSFG against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ Offshore / shell registration

What we found

MSFG claims to be a fully regulated broker without presenting any details of its regulation. The lack of such important information may be a distinct signal of unlicensed broker, as regulated brokers always present their accreditations and lincenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag. MSFG also claims to be a Seychelles-based entity. We searched the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (Seychelles FSA) but found no matchng result. What's more, downloading MGFG's MT4 platform software, we found the software belongs to a broker named AGX Forex Ltd, which is also a scam broker. The truth is that MSFG is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investor's money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report MSFG.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
