Why it’s flagged
What we found
MultiFxTrades is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. MultiFxTrades claims it is owned by ONE FX CAPITALS LIMITED, a company registered with the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) under the registration number: 12872930 and regulated by Cyprus. We indeed find a match result to ONE FX CAPITALS LIMITED in CH, but please be informed that CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies that has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results to MultiFxTrades in FCA. That means MultiFxTrades is not an approved broker in the UK. What's more, we also searched in the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) but find no results matching MultiFxTrades or ONE FX CAPITALS LIMITED. That means MultiFxTrades is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
