What we found

Nine Stars Futures is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. Nine Stars Futures claims it is authorized and regulated by several authorities, including: 1) The Indonesia Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI); 2) The Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX); 3) The Indonesian Derivatives Clearing House (KBI). However, Please be informed that none of the above authorities regulates entities offering forex services and products. That means Nine Stars Futures is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Nine Stars Futures.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
