NSFX Affiliates

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked NSFX Affiliates against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ Clone of a real firm⚑ False or fabricated claims

What we found

NSFX Affiliates claims it is regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) with license number: IS/56519. Searching the license number in MFSA, we found the license number belongs to a company named "NSFX LIMITED". As per the detailed information shown on MFSA, the approved domain of the licensed company "NSFX LIMITED" is "www.nsfx.com". That means NSFX Affiliates has no connection with NSFX LIMITED since the former's domain is not the one NSFX LIMITED registered in MFSA. The truth is, NSFX Affiliates is a cloned firm that falsely uses the regulation of a licensed firm and is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report NSFX Affiliates.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
