NWAYS Capital
We checked NWAYS Capital against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2023) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
While NWAYS Capital portrays itself as a legal forex broker registered in Mauritius and with the Financial Services Commission (Mauritius FSC), we didn't find any record in the register of the Mauritius' financial regulator matching the company. NWAYS Capital tries to convince unsuspecting investors that they are legitimate by giving vague statements about its regulatory status and company profiles. Its concealing certain crucial details of its company raises suspicions. NWAYS Capital's website doesn't provide legal documents, and the link to the Privacy Policy is dead. Despite claiming to have over two years of experience in business, its domain name ("nwayscapital.com") was first registered in December 2022. This inconsistency damages its credibility. In essence, NWAYS Capital is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. NWAYS Capital is unequivocally a scam.
