OFM
We checked OFM against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
OFM claims to be under the licensing company registered of OCEAN ASSETS MANAGEMENT HK LIMITED, a company licensed by the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC). We indeed find a match result to OCEAN ASSETS MANAGEMENT HK LIMITED in SFC. But as per the regulatory details shown on SFC, the only authorized activity of this firm is Asset management, excluding leveraged foreign exchange trading. What's more, the approved domain of this firm is " which currently can not be opened, instead of " That means OFM may be a clone firm that falsely uses the regulatory info of a licensed company. The truth is that OFM is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
