What we found

Onecapital claims a reliable and reputable broker authorized and regulated by multiple authorities, including: 1) The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); 2) The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC); 3) The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). However, we did not find any match results for this broker in the above watchdogs' registries. The regulatory information this broker claim is a false statement for unsuspecting traders. The truth is, Onecapital is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Onecapitalinvest.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
