Orbit Global FX
We checked Orbit Global FX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2023) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Orbit Global FX claims it started its journey as a trader in the forex market in the year 2020. But when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2022. So how could it start its business in 2020? It is a red flag here. Besides, Orbit Global FX claims the company has a registered office address in the British Virgin Islands. As per relevant law, forex brokers operating within the British Virgin Islands are required to hold a valid license from the BVI Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC). However, we did not find any match results for this broker in BVI FSC. The truth is, Orbit Global FX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
