Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources

What we found

PentaForex claims to provide CFD trading services such as foreign exchange, indices, commodities, etc. It is a trademark of PENTA PLANT LTD. The company is registered in Kazakhstan and South Korea and claims to be subject to effective supervision, but there is no any regulatory information on its website. The truth is that PentaForex is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, PentaForex is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report PentaForex.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
