Profit Markets
We checked Profit Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2024) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Profit Markets purports to have a history dating back to 2007. However, the registration of its website in January 2023 contradicts this claim. This discrepancy between the website's age and the company's alleged history raises a red flag, casting doubt on the broker's credibility. Furthermore, the website fails to provide any regulatory information to substantiate its compliance with regulatory standards. Despite its claim of being based in the UK, there is no evidence to suggest that it has received authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This lack of transparency further undermines its credibility. In essence, Profit Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Profit Markets appears to be a scam.
