Why it’s flagged
What we found
Profit4life is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. Profit4life claims to be owned by Profit4life Markets Limited, a company duly registered in Nevis under company No. C 42235. However, as per the information we hold, Nevis currently does not have any regulatory bodies that regulate entities engaging in forex services. Besides, Profit4life presents its business certificate from the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH). But we did not find any match results to Profit4life in CH. Besides, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results to Profit4life in FCA's registry. That means Profit4life is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
