Rich Capital Broker
We checked Rich Capital Broker against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Rich Capital Broker claims a licensed investment broker founded in 1998 by a team of experienced traders, financial market experts, and IT specialists. The company is fully licensed and regulated by the Czech Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) and has MiFID II passports. First, when we checked its domain, we found it was newly created in 2022. So how could it start its business in 1998? It is a red flag here. Second, MiFID II is only a financial market instrument directive, not a regulator, and has no regulatory effect. Third, please be informed that the forex regulator in Czech is the Czech National Bank (CNB) not FSC. we also did not find any match results for this broker in CNB. The truth is, Rich Capital Broker is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
