RubyFX

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked RubyFX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2025) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration

What we found

RubyFX claims to operate under RubyFX Limited, which is registered in Saint Lucia. A search of Saint Lucia International Financial Centre(IFC)'s registry does show a matching company existed, however, please note that this registration merely grants it International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial license. The IFC neither regulates nor licenses forex trading activities. Besides, RubyFX is unlicensed by any other recognized financial authority. This is a major red flag of being fraudulent operation.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report RubyFX.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
