However, we did not find any match results to SAEN MARKETS in FCA. That means SAEN MARKETS is not an approved broker in the UK. Besides, we found a match result to SAEN MARKETS in the US regulator National Futures Association (NFA). But as per the details shown on NFA, this broker is not under valid regulation by NFA since it is not an approved member of this regulator. The truth is that SAEN MARKETS is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
