SINOXFX

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked SINOXFX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources
Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

SINOXFX claims it is a pioneering fintech startup and a world-class provider of online trading with six years of experience. However, when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2021. So where are its six years of experience from? It is a red flag here. Besides, SINOXFX claims to be registered in Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH). We do find a match result to SINOXFX in CH, but please be informed that CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. However, we did not find any match results to SINOXFX in FCA. That means SINOXFX is not an approved broker that offers financial services in the UK. What's more, SINOXFX shows another registered address is in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E). But there are no matching results to SINOXFX in the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE). That means SINOXFX is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report SINOXFX.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
