Smart Profit FX

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Smart Profit FX against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2023) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources
Named in relation to ASIC (Australia)

What we found

There is no any regulatory information on its website. Smart Profit FX presents itself as a partner of the Eightcap brand. It is alleged that Eightcap is regulated in multiple jurisdictions, including by the Australian Securities and Exchanges Commission (ASIC). But even if there is a partnership between the two brands, one company's licence does not apply to the other. The truth is that Smart Profit FX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Smart Profit FX.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
