Spectre.ai

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Spectre.ai against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2023) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ Offshore / shell registration⚑ False or fabricated claims

What we found

Spectre.ai claims to be owned and operated by Spectre Trading Limited, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We did find matching result to this broker in the Financial Services Authority of St Vincent & The Grenadines (SVG FSA) registry. However, it should be noted that the SVG FSA has no legal authority to issue forex licenses and regulate forex markets. In addition, it claims to have a sub-licence agreement with Nebula Two Ltd, a company supposedly authorized by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of Financial Market (ARDFM). However, our search for these two entities on ARDFM's website did not yield any results. That means what Spectre.ai claims on its regulatory status is a false statement to unsuspecting investors. The truth is, Spectre.ai is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Spectre.ai.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
