Spring FX Markets

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Spring FX Markets against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration⚑ False or fabricated claims

What we found

Spring FX Markets is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. Spring FX Markets claims to be registered in the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) and regulated by Vanuatu Financial Service Commission (VFSC) with license number: 17901. First, we did not find any match results to Spring FX Markets in BVI FSC. Second, we found a match result to 17901 in VFSC, but the number belongs to a company named "TRIUMPH INT. LIMITED" which is no longer registered in VFSC. That means the regulatory info this broker claim is a false statement for unsuspecting traders. Spring FX Markets is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Spring FX Markets.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
