The 5%Ers claims to be a trademark brand name owned by FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD (Israel) and its UK subsidiary FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD (Company number: 12553363). First, we searched the Israel Securities Authority (ISA) but find no results matching FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD in ISA's registry. Second, we find a match result to the company number in the Companies House of the United Kingdom(CH), but CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results to FIVE PERCENT ONLINE LTD in FCA. The truth is that The 5%Ers is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
