TradeCrowd

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked TradeCrowd against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed
Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

TradeCrowd claims it is registered in the United Kingdom with company number: 8439612 and it is under strict regulation by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do find a match result to TradeCrowd in the Companies House of UK (CH). But CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities, so having registration does not mean having any regulations. What's more, when searching in FCA, we found TradeCrowd is no longer registered with the FCA as an appointed representative agent of an authorized firm, which means it can no longer carry on regulated forex activities. The truth is that TradeCrowd is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report TradeCrowd.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
