⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Traders88 against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources
Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

Traders88 claims to be a trading name of TARA HOLDINGS LIMITED, a company registered in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with registration number 12567960. We indeed find a match result to TARA HOLDINGS LIMITED in CH, but the registration status of this company is dissolved. Besides, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we did not find any match results to Traders88 or TARA HOLDINGS LIMITED in FCA. That means Traders88 is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Traders88.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
