Trading Road
We checked Trading Road against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
Trading Road claims to be a professional financial service provider while presenting no details about its regulations. Lacking regulatory information may be a distinct characteristic of unlicensed brokers, as legit brokers always show their certificates and licenses in a prominent position. It is a red flag here. Besides, Trading Road shows its company address is in Istanbul, Turkey. However, we did not find any match results to Trading Road in the Turkey regulator Turkish Capital Markets Committee (CMB). That means Trading Road is actually not an approved broker in Turkey. What's more, by downloading its official MT4 trading platform, we found another company address of this broker in the United Kingdom. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. But there are no matching results to Trading Road in FCA's registry. The truth is that Trading Road is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
