UAGTrade

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked UAGTrade against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2021) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ Offshore / shell registration

What we found

UAGTrade is not a reliable broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. UAGTrade claims it is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates as a Financial Company with the registration number AFZ/OS/1454. However, we did not find any match results to UAGTrade in the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates (CBUAE). That means UAGTrade is not an approved broker to offer financial services in the United Arab Emirates. Besides, UAGTrade claims it has a registered office in Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. However, we did not find any match results to UAGTrade in St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). Besides, SVG FSA does neither issue any licenses for forex trading nor regulate forex activities. The truth is UAGTrade is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report UAGTrade.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
