What we found

ULTIMATEPROFX claims to be a multinational financial investment company based in the UK, USA, and Netherlands. As per different national laws, this company should be authorized and regulated by the following regulators, including: 1) The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); 2) The National Futures Association (NFA); 3) The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). However, we did not find any match results for this broker in the above watchdogs' registries. The truth is, ULTIMATEPROFX is not under valid regulation by any regulators to provide investment services. Investors' funds in this company are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. It is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report ULTIMATEPROFX.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
