Unicapital claims it is one of the most advanced brokers in Azerbaijan and has a membership in the Baku Stock Exchange. We do find a match result to Unicapital in the Baku Stock Exchange. However, please be informed that Baku Stock Exchange is not a regulatory body that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities offering forex services. Besides, there are no regulatory bodies in Azerbaijan has legit rights to regulate entities involving forex for now. The truth is that Unicapital is not under valid regulations to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
