Valastrade

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked Valastrade against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Offshore / shell registration
Named in relation to FCA (UK)

What we found

Valastrade is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. Valastrade claims it is a brand name of Valastrade Limited, a company registered and regulated by the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI). However, we did not find any match results to Valastrade in IRI. Besides, IRI is not a regulatory body that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities offering forex services. What's more, Valastrade claims it is also registered in the Companie House of the United Kingdom (CH) with registration number: 13633122. We indeed find a match result to the registration number in CH. CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. As per the United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK financial regulator – FCA. However, we did not find any match results to Valastrade in FCA. The truth is that Valastrade is not overseen by any regulators. Investor' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Valastrade.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
