What we found

Wealthway is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. Wealthway claims to be the trade name for Wealthway Corporation, a company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) with license number 16350 IBC 2012. By looking up the license number, we didn't find any matching results, but we did find a match to Wealthway Corporation in the SVG FSA. But the registration number of Wealthway Corporation is 26349 instead of the number this broker claims on the website. That means the registration info this broker gave on the website is suspicious. Besides, Wealthway claims to be registered in the Companies House of the United Kingdom (CH) with registration number 11084924. We indeed find a match result to Wealthway in CH, but CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation. As per United Kingdom law, all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized or registered by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, no results are matching Wealthway in FCA's registry. That means Wealthway is not overseen by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report Wealthway.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
