WINDEX MARKETS

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked WINDEX MARKETS against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2025) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Unregulated / unlicensed⚑ Offshore / shell registration

What we found

First, it claims to have been established in 2016 and registered in Saint Lucia and Money Services Business (MSB). Upon investigation, we found that its domain name was not established until 2023. Secondly, as we all know, Saint Lucia and MSB do not have the right to regulate foreign exchange. It is obvious that this is an unreliable company. Investors are requested to identify and stay away from it. In essence, Windex Markets is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Windex Markets appears to be a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report WINDEX MARKETS.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
