YIAN

⚠ Flagged on the register · High risk

We checked YIAN against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.

Why it’s flagged

⚑ Reported by our community & upstream sources
Named in relation to FMA (New Zealand)

What we found

YIAN claims it is owned and operated by YIAN MARKETS LIMITED, a company founded in 2010. But when we checked its domain, we found it was created in 2021. So how could it start its business in 2010? It is a red flag here. Besides, YIAN claims it is based in New Zealand. However, we did not find any match results to YIAN in the New Zealand regulator Financial Markets Authority (NZ FMA). That means YIAN is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.

What to do next

  1. Stop sending money. Don’t make another deposit, pay a “tax” or “release fee”, or share remote-access to your device.
  2. Gather your evidence. Save statements, chat logs, transaction IDs and the wallet addresses you paid to.
  3. Report it to your regulator and to local police / action-fraud line so it’s on the official record.
  4. Add your report here so the next person searching this name is warned — report YIAN.
  5. Verify on the register. Cross-check the full entry on the SentFunds register before you trust anyone offering to help.
Beware recovery scams. After a loss, fraudsters often return posing as “recovery agents” who guarantee your money back for an up-front fee. AskCheck is a free public checker — we don’t recover funds and we don’t guarantee funds can be recovered. Never pay anyone who promises a guaranteed recovery.
