YSI Fx
We checked YSI Fx against the AskCheck register. It has been reported (2022) and carries the red flags below. Treat it with extreme caution.
Why it’s flagged
What we found
YSI Fx is not a reliable broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true. YSI Fx claims to be authorized by the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) with an MSB license: M20694190. We indeed find a match result to YSI Fx in FINTRAC, but its registration status of MSB has been revoked. Besides, FINTRAC is not a regulatory body that regulates entities engaging in forex services. Besides, YSI Fx shows its company address is in Hong Kong. As a forex trader, you should know that all regulated forex brokers in Hong Kong are monitored by the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC). But we did not find any match results to YSI Fx in HK SFC. That means YSI Fx is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulatory bodies. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
